After many years of collaboration, it is with great regret that we have to inform you that we are phasing out the CDU program as from January 1, 2024.
This decision comes amidst an increasingly challenging economic context. However, this doesn’t question SandenVendo's commitment to contributing to a more environmentally respectful world. Indeed, we motivate this choice by refocusing our European activities on the Vending business to better serve our clients.
Please note that the deadline for placing a final non-cancellable last purchase order for the CDU Machines is March 31st , 2024 and last shipments scheduled plan no later than June 30th , 2024.
SandenVendo will continue supporting your CDU activities in the following manner in the upcoming years:
– Product warranty in accordance with the contract
– Supply of spare parts for Japanese made units until 31/12/2025 at latest
– Supply of spare parts for Italian made units until 31/12/2028 at latest
– Technical manual available through website until 31/12/2028 at latest
